Non-DOT Testing

Non-DOT drug testing is a form of substance screening that is not regulated by the Department of Transportation, allowing employers, organizations, and individuals the flexibility to select testing methods and drug panels based on their specific needs. It is commonly utilized for pre-employment screening, random workplace programs, post-incident testing, reasonable suspicion, as well as personal or legal purposes. All non-DOT testing is conducted with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and professional standards, while providing flexible testing options to best meet client needs.

Legal paternity testing follows a strict chain of custody process, requiring verified identification and documented sample handling. Non-legal (peace of mind) testing does not require chain of custody and is intended for personal knowledge only, meaning results cannot be used in legal proceedings.
